Our Story
About
Reveal Projects are Master Developers who specialise in working in partnership with land and property owners to plan and undertake comprehensive transformational projects, generally with a community focus most often with the assets already placed in our partners hands. Through a variety of delivery methods and structures, Reveal Projects works entrepreneurially, to deliver the vision holders property dreams. Reveal Projects Teams specialise in situations that require discretion, are complicated, time consuming and are often in areas where significant change, church equipping, and empowerment can be enabled.
We are corporate members of the Evangelised Alliance.
Principals
Reveal Projects’ principals, has obtained planning consent and been involved in trading, developing and/or developing over 133,000 sqm of retail, community and commercial space and over 2,800 homes. Aside from community and volunteer jobs the principals, has developed space creating c2,000 new FTE jobs in a variety of sectors.
Group principals have extensive value creation, planning and development expertise gathered in the commercial world through undertaking their own projects. Their specialism include property development, affordable housing, process management, planning, construction and finance.
Commercial relationships
Partners, tenants and those the principal has worked with or delivered projects for, in the past include; Royal London Insurance, Prudential Insurance, Skandia Life, NIG Plc, General Accident, Cogent Land, Canterbury City Council, Isle of Wight Council, Gallions Housing Association, Millennium Lottery Fund, Axminster Carpets, the Co-Op, Lloyds Pharmacy, Greggs, NatWest Bank, Argos, Tesco, Paddy Power, Pizza Express, Cine UK, Staples, KFC, Pizza Hut, Whitbread, Wades Furniture, Multiyork, Subway, Woolwich BS, Yates Wine Lodge, Countrywide Surveyors, New Look, Pigeon Investment Management, Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, London Borough of Basildon & Dagenham Council.
Currently projects are being delivered to RPNO.1 Ltd, Shian Housing Association and L&Q and Ballymore Group.
Church Relationships
Church projects have been undertaken with and on behalf of the following: a Church in the Diocese of Liverpool, Green Pastures CBS, Churches in the Diocese of Southwark, a Church in the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth, a Church in the Diocese of Chelmsford, IBTI, interserve, various Baptist Churches, the Methodist Church, Exeter Network Church. Projects we are currently involved in include ones for the Network Church Sheffield, Spurgeon’s College, Horfield Baptist Church and Livability/Kingsley Hall Church & Community Centre.
Affordable Housing
​We have commenced the process of registering our Community Interest Company (CIC) with the Regulator of Social Housing to become a new non-profit private Registered Provider (RP). Our ability to create successful partnerships with churches enables the opening up of developable land for the provision of new affordable homes. We have a proven model, having worked with Square Roots and Shian HA, and we have a pipeline of underutilised sites upon which we will deliver and manage more affordable housing. Our new RP will recycle surpluses to drive up design and quality standards of our affordable homes with consistently good management. Many of the churches we work with provide related and complimentary services supportive of those in housing need - for example educational, creche and foodbanks. Our immediate focus is on London and the home counties however we are also initiating opportunities further afield but will expand gradually, to ensure the quality of the service our RP delivers.
