Our Portfolio
Set out in the pages following are details of some of the projects we have and are currently delivering.
Our projects now mainly comprise Church, community and charity projects, together with one large strategic multi-use sport, community and housing scheme. It is most common for us to work in partnership with the landowning asset holder to maximise the potential value, in its many forms, specific to each location. We achieve this through a combination of experience and adopting the right lens. We desire to create an environment where the participants own the factors of production where land, labour, entrepreneurial ability and capital are successfully combined, ensuring these resources create the greatest economic benefit, or community benefit, in its many forms.
Projects currently range locationally from Bristol in the west of England to Sheffield in the North, and Suffolk in the east. The range of uses include homes, community commercial accommodation, bio-diverse zero carbon buildings, educational accommodation, re-envisioned and repurposed existing and new church buildings. W aim to set in these new environmentally and ecologically integrated settings. Sustainability and applying technology to achieve the 1.5°C temperature limit of the Paris Agreement which requires global greenhouse emissions to halve during the decade to 2030 and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions to reach net zero by 2050 are key to our projects success.
