Identifying those across the property industry who share the charity's values and practices and to identify, designate and connect to such individuals and organisations, therein developing a trusted network that the Church can call and rely upon and which the society will manage and monitor.
-
Equipping the charitable sector with an understanding of creatively managing and maximising the value of existing charitable organisations end assets.
-
Teaching those in leadership regarding property and active asset management, by partnering with existing educational establishments to develop courses and resources for leaders.
-
Resourcing, leading, and facilitating projects by providing, with the Church, the necessary leadership and enabling finance (or provide a signpost to those lender organisations who can help) to enable project to be delivered well.
